I appear to have deleted all my images! Oh well, back to the drawing board.
PS: Looks like I completely deleted OneDrive, I'll have to track down a reinstall because who ever backs up their comp?

I use Clonezilla to make backup images and then save them on a portable USB drive. I’ve personally been using for over a decade the Western Digital portable drives, never had one fail. I only keep them 3-5 years though, I have three at the moment.
Clonezilla is easy to use, a small learning curve, but extremely worth it, free too.

I only do the ‘saveparts’ and ‘restoreparts’.
I only save the Partition Windows is installed on because if the OS gets screwed up, it’s better to format and reinstall, then format the OS partition, and then do ‘restoreparts’, picking the OS partition to restore to.
It might sound pretty complex and Geeky, it’s really easy after you’ve done it a few times.
First time going at it, took me all of 30 minutes to understand.
