Finishing now (last bowl) of my latest "Frankenstein" mix, made from leftovers and scraps. I like this one especially. I could smoke it as a favourite tobacco. But unfortunately, it is of course not possible to reproduce it. Made from 4 (I think) tobaccos and unspecifed components proportion. Ahh! the charm of random things!
In a MM hardwood.
Drinking a hot, red, spicy drink.
Listening, as every year, to the "Festival of Carols" from the All Classical Portland Oregon web radio.
Last day of work tomorrow, and then 2 weeks off.
Out of focus pipe/focus on Christmas decoration photo follows.
All the best to all of you good people.

Going to have Prince Albert (newer batch from the Dominican Republic) in a Dinant Prince Albert Figurative Clay Commemorative/Souvenir pipe from Belgium with a horn (orific) and cherry(?) stem, circa 1914, depicting the Belgian prince, not Edward VII. This is one of my dedicated Prince Albert pipes, even though it’s not the same prince as depicted on the tin.

The tin in this photo is the second version of the pocket tin from 1913–1938 with a hinged lid (the first version from 1909–1913 said “NOW KING,” and was changed to “CRIMP CUT” from 1910–1913). The notched lid was introduced in 1938.

The rain finally stopped, so I got in a set of walking reps on the cold, slick ground, and am close to finishing this bowl of unreleased Sutliff VaPer in a 1970's straight rusticated black Savinelli Estella 915 KS dublin with a flared top and pearl brown acrylic saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
