The honey-like topping is nice on a va/bur isn't it? And you seem to have mastered the falling embers issue that others have complained about.

It's incredible. And as for the falling embers, I got that out of the way by smoking a ton of the watch city blends. Pack light and don't fill the bowl all the way up. So good.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, two tuna steaks and green beans dinner with a big slice of pecan pie and a bowl of vanilla bean ice cream for dessert. I've a little over a quarter of a bowl left of year 2012 St. James Flake in a straight 1968 Dunhill Tanshell octagonal paneled EK F/T billiard with a square shank and tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
