I smoked too many blends not called ‘sir Walter Raleigh regular’ in the past week or so and my mouth has been letting me know. I took the day off from smoking today and took the opportunity to clean my cobs. I couldn’t believe how filthy they were. I’m slowly becoming a full on codger with my sir Walter regular and filthy pipes.

For my birthday, yesterday, my son gave me a bottle of some peaty scotch, so I am pairing it with British Woods in an opal set bully.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, wild caught catfish and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I've a third of a bowl left of year 2014 Astley’s No. 109 Medium Flake in a straight black 1963 Dunhill LB Shell 4S billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Thought about this moment all day. And it is not sucking. KBV Flying Dutchmen flek in Castello Wavy Top Billiard. Side companion is Kaiyo Japanese Whiskey. Awaiting a delicious pizza for dinner. Then finish the smoke. Pure bliss.
