Grabows are hard to beat! They make the best hiking, hunting, fishing, chores, mowing, truck pipe around. My Riviera is tops. That’s a nice looking one too!

Excuse me sir, but I’ll have you know, that my Dr. Grabow: Commodore 65 Zulu, dated from 1967-1969, vulcanite stem, metal screw-in tenon, no stinger is exclusively only for the Gentlemen’s Club. :sher:

I’m just messing with you! LOL 😆

But seriously, this beauty I was lucky to find, I won’t beat it up outdoors. It’s just an indoor pipe, that I really cherish and baby.

I’m not sure Grabow makes any really nice blasts/grains anymore, but I have seen quite a few amazing looking estates.

From some reading I’ve done, this has on it what they called the Big Blast, and from this pic, it’s really something to look at, besides, the rest of the pipe’s blast.

Solani Aged Burley Flake in a Bay Denmark Billiard with a cumberland stem.

WOW December already! 🎄 ⛄

Be well everyone and stay warm, or stay frosty, however you like it! 🤙

P.S. I mentioned before I’m dedicating this pipe to VAs, the first pipe I’ve ever dedicated. But my first inaugural bowl was 1974 Murray’s Cube Cut and it left a Lakeland/Condor like ghost, so I’ve been smoking the Solani to exorcise the ghost. 👻 LOL 😆 It’s taken a few bowls, but almost there. ;)

Now smoking year 2013 Dunhill Flake in a straight smooth 1960 Dunhill DR 137 group 4 root briar canted dublin with a tapered black vulcanite stem. This is about a sturdy a dublin as one can own. Just had a great conversation with the President of Archie Comics, who used to be my editor on Sonic the Hedgehog. He called to wish me a belated "Happy Birthday". We mainly talked baseball. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
