Enjoyed a stack of cinnamon raisin French toast with a sliced Jazz apple on the side. Ive about a quarter of a bowl left of first release Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. First time drinking King David Coffee Company Fog Lifter, neat. It is durn good coffee!

I was doing some last minute stocking stuffer shopping for someone and rushing around before the temp drop and icemegeddon this afternoon ... got everything on list but ... I had a perfect bowl of Old Toby in the Vaeun Olaf bent egg .... when I got the last third it became drier and tastier almost like an english aro ... I had cleaned the pipe the night before ... the problem is i can't figure out what I did differently that it was sooo good ! No dottle, no moisture, white ash etc ... tasty ...

If I did one of those one pipe for one year things I would have to seriously consider this vauen olaf !!

Christmas Eve here in Oz and I’m just doing my final checks on the farm before we stop work for a few days and all the men start their break today. This pic is on our highest eastern point and this is looking east across Togari, Brittons Swamp, Christmas Hills towards Stanley and ”the nut” and then beyond is Rocky Cape if anyone wants to get google maps fired up. I’m smoking Sutliff red Virginia in a Sav 320 on a cool day here with the sunrise trying to push through. Have a super day everyone 🎄

Did a short set of walking reps. The cold I can handle, but the strong wind on my face was unpleasant. Anyway, I've almost finished smoking year 2007 Astley’s No. 109 in a straight smooth brown circa 1950s-60s BBB Contrast 506 Canadian with a tapered black vulcanite stem.
