Dug into the Esoterica cellar today, and while I was there, I pulled out this 2017 bag of And So To Bed…

I've got a tavern clay I wanted to take when I went to see the Sealed Knot or Lace Wars but thought I might break it...
Morning all. At my desk early smoking a bowl of XXX Black Twist in a short stubby meerschaum 'cutty' nose warmer. It is too dark for pictures so I'll leave the rest to your imagination whilst I go off and make some coffee!
Continuing on with the 'Graveyard Shift' I am listing this one early as Jim Inks would say and firing up a bowl CCP whilst I brew my second batch of coffee for the day and enjoy a small shot of something bracing before breakfast! The pipe remains the same as my last posting although I will post a few pictures when the sun comes up!
Just finished up back to back bowls . One of morning blend and the other of stoved virginia

@condorlover1 Do you think I miss the clay pipes when I don't smoke them???
@Ettrick puffer I enjoyed the Full Virginia Flake in my clay pipes; I think Gawith flakes are very well suited to clay pipe smoking. Can you imagine how much Gawith tobacco must have been smoked in clay pipes over the years???
This one was actually good! Have had samplers before that where naaaaaah.
@halfdan aye it would run into tons of flake over the years. Would love to visit Kendal to see the set up?

Just finished a bowl of leftover bits that needed to be burnt before it got too dry.
A mix of University Flake, Amphora Burley, and Storm Front.
Not exactly the threesome I was hoping for, although it was hot, quick and satisfying.
