Just got back from getting our Christmas tree. I had a cob loaded with Vanilla Cream smoldering for the pleasure of myself, my family and the other tree shoppers within smelling distance.
Wrapping a mostly OK day with Kendal Dark in a Molina Squat mater.
Best part of day - passing on dad’s noodle making. It’s about the consistency by feel, not ingredient measurements. So, I made first batch - she got second two. Rolled, cut and drying. Also snuck in a batch of check mix in the process so she got to learn how to make the most of some kitchen time today… ? who would have thought you could make noodles and chex mix at the same time and it all works because of timing. Maybe it was more about time management today ?

Now smoking year 2012 Rolando’s Own in a smooth straight early ‘60s Lane era “William Conrad” Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. This should get me to dinner time.
