I love Osage Orange (Bodark) wood. It grows here. I would love to have a pipe made out of it! How does it smoke?
You have such a nice cellar of Blends! I go look them up when you post them of I do not know them they all seem like blends I want to try.

Thanks Alan. It's smokes very good, just a bit warmer than briar. Skip Elliott specializes in this wood, I happened to be fortunate to be in the right place at the right time to be able to buy one. They're usually sold before they're finished.

Smoked a bowl from a freshly opened first production tin (2013) of Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style.

Did a set of waking reps, and smoked a bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in an undated straight brush etched black Molina apple with a nickel band and a black tapered vulcanite stem.

Sorry not had time to go through all the posts but I hope everyone is having a great day. I wish you all the best.
Gonna have a nice Cuban, Partagas Corona. You have to take the band off here or you’ll be perceived as a bounder (to quote Sherlock in “The Illustrious Client”) it’s a terrible faux pas to keep it on, (load of bollocks to quote my father). ??
