Mac Baren HH Pure Virginia in a small Ashton Pebble Grain billiard. This stuff is interesting. A stoved or steamed (Cavendished?) flavor to the Virginias. Almost dark cocoa-like. Mellow at first and then second half of bowl delivers more nicotine than I expected. Have 5 tins cellaring. Not sure I will keep. May trade away. We'll see.

Smoking some Penny Farthing from my Linkman's. Wow. I've been a fan of Penny Farthing since I first had it about a year ago, but I've only had it basically fresh. Well, I just opened a tin from about a year and a half ago, and even that relatively short bit of aging has done wonders. The tin note is so much sweeter, very chocolatey, almost like Nutella. And the taste is so smooth and sweet. Great, great stuff.
