As someone who went from obese and sedentary to active and in pretty good shape in a little over a year, I understand how hard it is to get going. But make no mistake, getting started is the hardest part. Once I got over that initial period of fighting inertia and aches and pains, it became something my body (and mind) craved.

I just cracked open a jar of St. James Flake from 2008 the stewed fig smell is off the charts. I shredded some and nuked it for 10 seconds. Now it’s time to smoke it in this Patent Linkman’s Dr. Grabow Author.
