Smoking like a fiend this morning as I take my surgical board recertification test.
Started with a couple bowls of EMP, now enjoying 4th Generation 1989 in a lattice meer. Likely smoke a few of these.
Nicotine is supposed to sharpen focus, so if I pass my test that means smoking is good for me. Solid scientific discovery happening here!

I know I’m new here but we had great news today in my family and our NICU daughter was discharged after 70 days. I just needed to share that with someone.
