The Tervis Tumbler was cool way before Yeti showed up on the scene. That Balvenie CC 14 would be classy straight out of the bottle.View attachment 238950
Cocktail hour. I have to admit that a good sipping Scotch in an insulated plastic glass is not far removed from a red Solo cup.
That Balvenie is fantastic!View attachment 238950

Another tribute to Pee Wee Herman August!
Just opened, trying for the first time, Orlik Golden Sliced in a Dr. Grabow: Commodore 65 Zulu, dated from 1967-1969 with a vulcanite stem, metal screw-in tenon, no stinger.
This one also goes out to @hoosierpipeguy not sure you’ve smoked this? When I opened it, I was really surprised how much the flakes looked like Sir John’s, but even more amazing, the tin note is similar, that floral note Sir John’s has.
Also, it has a similar taste profile, along with that floral note, I can taste too... hmm quite odd.
I thought at first this is a casing Sir John’s had added, maybe it still has something, but this does seem like a style of VAs, but this is only the second time I’ve experienced this.
I can’t believe how First Class this blend is!
