Just smoked a bowl of C&D straight long cut perique. Kindly sent to me by @AJL67. It was a good smoke, flavor was amazing. Figs, plum, pepper... just like Jim says. Wow what a nic kick! Wooo Yeaaaa! Sometimes that's just what you're looking for.

Last smoke of the day is Prince Albert in a straight smooth walnut 1927 KBB Kaywoodie Drinkless 86 dublin with a tapered black vulcanite stem. This model was only made in 1927. Reading while this bowl lasts.

Maybe it’s a german brand, like “Howal”. There have been a lot of smaller pipe brands in former days around. But didn’t get a hint on that one anywhere online.
