A third of the way through this bowl of year 2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Watching Mad Dog Russo.

Going to have Peterson Early Morning Pipe in a Maro Figural Monkey (made in Italy). I’ve seen versions attributed to Wally Frank and Hollco. It’s most certainly a novelty pipe—if you smoke it (i.e., breathe out) with the hat/lid in place, smoke comes out of its ears. Novelty aside, it’s a decent smoker with a nice open draw, and being a sitter is convenient.

Lunch time de-stress pipe: C&D Night Train in my bones baldesian. I think this blend has unseated Chenet’s cake in the strong blend category. I ordered another tin of it to make sure that I like it as much as I think I do. I wish it were a tad more sweet, but it is a fine blend. If the second tin does for me what this does, I will buy the lb of it.
