I had to bail out on the Chenet's cake at the half way mark. A wee too heavy for me tonight. So, I grabbed some OGS (first time) and puffed on that for an hour. I can see why people like it.

I have two clay pipes and I use them from time to time. The Jamestown is very small and with a super dry tobacco like that Semois the smoke is super fast

I used the bowl of Legend 5th avenue. It was of the right dimensions plus the base of the bowl is slightly rounded.

CC Old Tobey in a Vauen Olaf bent egg for the purpose of getting ash to make pipe mud to line another pipe which is smoking too hot due to a section of very fine grain that acts like an open window. Two birds, one stone.
