Peter Heinrich’s Dark Strong Flake in a Altinay translucent meer.
1792 Flake in a clay - fantastic; I feel that Gawith flakes are made for clay pipes!Hello everyone. Am starting the morning with 1792 in a clay tavern pipe. Have a good Saturday !
That's what I thought. EDIT: I just googled it, Conrad drove a '72 Lincoln Continental MK IV on the show 'Cannon'.Conrad did drive a Continental when he played Cannon on TV.
Thank you, I think it’s a pipe smoker thing.Great
Nice pipe and great story - apparently there are still some “good” people out there.
I was a regular there from the mid 90’s onwards to ‘07 when I came home, worked behind the bar for a bit too. I’d kill for a pint of Rogue right now.First smoke of the day is Ken Byron Ventures' The Patience of Doctor Silence in an unknown calabash gourd pipe with block meerschaum bowl, silver band, and a black vulcanite stem. I forgot to polish the silver on this when I worked on my other pipes. Anyways, I bought this pipe from a regular at Horse Brass Pub 15 years ago for $25 and I really love the shape and size.

150 or so years ago, where the twine is wrapped around the stem, you'd find the churchwarden twisted at the point of balance like so@Count Vajda Nice clay pipe - I like the twine banding around the stem!
