Thx. It is closer to a beaded finish tbh. I got it at a time when Paronelli was experimenting with some alternative finishes. I have to be care with it because it don’t think it can be touched up.

The beaded finish doesn’t really show through but you can see how difficult it would be to touch up.
Afternoon pipe of GL Pease Stonehenge Flake in a Tilshead smooth Billiard with tapered saddle stem (between a 4 and 5 size).
Now smoking year 2018 Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight, dark brown early 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad.

Smoking Sutliff Orchard Mist in a Mastro de Paja Pesaro Media 3A One Sun. The topping on this blend is a bit strong but not bad. A few weeks in a jar is in order to settle things down a notch
