Well, it’s been a weird day. Been unable to get in the shop to do any work until late this afternoon because of a stubborn stray longhorn that decided to claim my front yard for his own. Relaxing with a big bowl of Edward G. Robinson’s Pipe Blend, and getting some coals going so I can grill some smoked sausage. If you’re ever in the area of northwest Louisiana, and aren’t a vegetarian, you owe it to yourself to pick up a case of Down Home sausage. Gonna do some hoagies with sausage, peppers, and onions.
Sounds like you could have had a nice steak if you’d have knocked off that longhorn......
