I agree with you about the USPS - I've read online about the length of time it's taking them to procure new mail vans to replace the ageing Grumman LLVs that keep catching fire and have no driver comfort at all. I know you can't replace a fleet of over 200,000 vehicles in 3 years but the USPS doesn't seem to have a big share of the parcel market as Americans seem to use couriers such as FedEx, UPS etc. I know they can't keep going on with such ageing and unreliable vehicles, but this seems related to the state of the Post Office as a whole!

First smoke out of a Savinelli 673 Oceano that I finally finished restoring. No idea what the previous owner sis to this thing, but it was trashed. Cleaned it up, re-stained it, buffed it out and waxed it, turned out better tan I had expected. Crappy photo though, oh well, at least the Oriental Silk is good.
Now smoking Wilke Lizzie Blood Red English in a 2003 medium bent Ural meer with a lined and etched egg shaped bowl with a silver band and a pearl brown acrylic stem. This may or may not be the final version.
Thoroughly enjoying a bowl of SPC Deception Pass ...there are a lot of flavors going on with this blend, it's becoming a frequent flyer in the rotation.

Ever since I got a sample of D&R Picayune, all I want to smoke is D&R Picayune. This time with a small pinch of Pegasus. Most storm prep is done. Generator fired up on first pull thankfully. Smoking in my Rossi Vittoria 8320.
About a quarter of a bowl left of D&R Three Sails in a smooth straight late 1970s Charatan Special 4148DC Reg. No. 203573 pot with a black double comfort vulcanite stem. Did my firsts et of walks on this humid day. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
