A little medical condition kept me off the pipe for a few days but I'm back! Not sure which tin to pick tho...

Days off are priceless. Every other week, I work a string of 12 hour shifts. I don’t smoke or consume ethanol product while on work rotation. Then, on the alternating week, I enjoy my time off, and anything goes (though due to a noticeable ramping up of consumption during the early months of the current pandemic, alcohol’s off the menu for a while ... oops!). puffy

To prepare for the latter, I’m drying out a starter portion of the “everyday smoke,” a 60/40 mix of Peter Stokkebye Amsterdam 83/PS Turkish 84, from a huge covered mixing bowl of this Formula that’s been “overhydrated” with distilled water for the melding of flavors and has been sitting in this state for months. A stable of Stanwell 86s will likely serve as the devices of delivery ...

Though my choices are always subject to change, I’ve pulled out a few jars From “the cabinet” of blends I know I’m going to dip into over the next several days.

I thought I’d start with something simple, though. This Missouri Meerschaum Rob Roy Legend (purchased at a local Admiral Tobacco on a whim shortly after moving out of Chicago just over three years ago) was loaded with Sweet Cask from Hearth and Home’s Midtown Series last night for some slow sipping with multiple cups of black Starbuck’s House Blend, even as I type out this excessive post.

Dan. Just a suggestion but I think you issue is at the bottom of the bowl. Try having a root around with a paper clip or something!
Will know for next time, I couldn't get a pipe cleaner through due to the pipe being blocked and I accidentally broke the stem while attempting to clean it!
So I'm currently pipe-less:-(
