Yes, Condorlover1 is one of the kindest people I've never met!
He's sent me some Captain Black for my birthday and a pipe tool but I still haven't received my box of clay pipes yet! He's also got a length of twist for me once I've received my new pipes. Then he's got some Pollock clay pipes and bringing me a few more packets of Captain Black when he returns to the UK!

Dan your going to ruin my reputation for being a curmudgeon! I tucked a copy of the Customs Declaration for the pipes in your packet of twist so its a Royal Mail issue since it cleared London Heathrow! As an after thought those clays were from another forum member who wished to remain anonymous - sort of a Secret Santa if you like, the Pollock ones will have to wait until I get back to the U.K. You have got to post a picture of the Knight TP holder. I know we would all love to see that one!

The stem of my clay is blocked and no amount of pipe cleaners seem to do the trick - will drying in the oven help?
I know I wouldn't normally but it's a last resort!

Nothing yet today, but last evening Amphora Burley in a Peterson Shanon smooth bent brandy B11 sitter. This is not a wildly popular shape, but it is a favorite of mine, such that I own two B11's in different series. The other is a Killarney ebony, which I guess is a sort of dress pipe. No quality control issues with these Petes, solid as rocks. Fishtail stems.
