Coming down from a challenging day at work with a bowl of GLP Geometrie in a Savinelli Punto Oro 707 - what is becoming one of my favorite blends in one of my favorite pipes.
The work challenges were vanquished in time to get to some short ribs braising in red wine and tomatoes in anticipation of dinner with friends later.

The beer is an early festbier release from Bitburger. Nice malt and is getting on well with the Loch Ness.

No photos of the pipe or tobacco, but left the Bella Vanilla at home, and took a walk with the kids and a bowl of Sutliff Vanilla Custard.
Right after lighting, someone caused me to spill the entire first bowl on the sidewalk, but I fortunately had just enough left to finish the walk.
Even in the rain, it didn't become as soggy as dried-out Bella Vanilla does.

Half way through this bowl of Wilke No. 515 Double Shot in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This is No. 515 with twice the rum of the Basil Rathbone blend. This should get me to dinner time. Watching the Braves-Mets game.
