Reliable and handsome pipe, I’m a sucker for long stem pipes, but with bling ring?? Hard for me to resist. The old petersons never pop up on the main estate sites where I look, but it’s on my list for sure. I’m just not interested in a new Peterson even though the new blasts are pretty cool!Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am smoking year 2020 D&R Raccoon’s Delight in my very reliable smooth straight post-1938 pre-Republic Peterson Sterling Canadian 263 with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Working and listening to Gunsmoke on the XM.

Nice pic. I've never hunted turkey, but I've read that they have keen eyesight.Yesterday-Briar Fox in a cob on the ride home after another long and difficult turkey hunt. This bird is cagey, he won’t come to calls and will gobble on the ground in hard to access places, like the top or bottom of a gorge or ravine. I stalked him to the top of a gorge only to spook him and watch him fly across to next county. Love the challenge though. View attachment 215502
