About a third of a bowl left of early 2000s Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style.
Stonehenge in the old Yello-bowl prince (again). Good earthy virginias, and a nice bit of floral note just at the end. Not really noticing the perique, but very nice over all.
The rain stopped long enough for me get it a set of walking reps. Not far from finishing this bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in an undated straight brush etched black Molina apple with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Watching Mad Dog Russo.
2017 OGS in my Castello 55 nose warmer. 80°, light breeze, no bugs and no clients calling. The deer, cranes, pup and I agree that it doesn't get much better than this.
Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am close to the half way mark on this bowl of year 2012 Rolando’s Own in a smooth straight early ‘60s Lane era “William Conrad” Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. The last of this bag of Gold Star Jamaican Reserve, neat, is my drink.
Today I was able for the first time to get out and do some plein air oil painting since the tkr surgery. Man it felt good. I celibrated with a bowle of Molto Dulci in an old corn cob I use when painting. It was a little bit of heaven.
