2007 Christmas Cheer, in a Bay Denmark apple I started out on last night. Only went through half of the bowl, then I let sit over night, now I’m working on the rest.
I swear, to me, it has the faintest tin note, and even after smoking it, and smelling the chamber, a clove scent, but very faint. Occasionally I’ve tasted something like this too.
There’s also a Kentucky smoke note, in the tin note and taste.
I can see how this was named after Christmas, there are these notes that present themselves here and there, very subtlety that hint at Christmas like tastes, we might associate with this time of year.
Quite different for a Red VA, with these notes.
Be well everyone!
