Yes, it is. it's a straight Virginia plug that has a little old world style to it. I haven't posted my review yet because I haven't been told when it's coming out. I think they're still deciding on that.
Thanks for the kind words about the pipe. I had always wanted a 999 Pete, and this is an excellent smoker. I have another, but I haven't smoked it yet because I can't figure out what to smoke in it, durn it!!!
Grandson is down for the night. Virginia Gentleman in a Peterson System standard. Have smoked this pipe every Friday since I acquired it. Then a bowl of Founding Fathers in a Butz Choquin Arsenal. Glad to be able to slip in a few pipes during the day while the little guy is here. The dog in the background is Sydney and she adores the Grandson.
