Morning all. More Anglers Dream, in a cob. Getting super windy again. And I'm breathing wildfire smoke again. Kinda takes the joy out of smoking my pipe. Hoping for rain. Nothing forecast though.
Did a set of walking reps, and smoked a bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in an undated straight brush etched black Molina apple with a nickel band and a black tapered vulcanite stem. It's almost lunch time. Gold Star Kona Extra Fancy, neat, is my drink. Watching the Mets-Cards play.

C&D Big'n'Burley, a strong sincere burley blend, in my Peterson Around the World series bent smooth bulldog, red stained with a wide nickel band engraved with a Celtic Cross, following up on my post new our new member from Ireland thumb-nailing my two trips to Ireland. This is my Irish-Irish pipe commemorating the Emerald Isle. Others in the series commemorated Germany, France, and the U.S., etc. I own only the Ireland pipe of the series.
Enjoyed a wonderful cinnamon raisin French toast with orange slices on the side lunch, and am a quarter of the way through this bowl of first release Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem.
Finished the "honey do's" for today and am hiding from the wind against the house for some Virginia Gentleman in a MM Hardwood. This Virginia blend is really growing on me. I don't think anything can ever replace my Burleys, but I'll be stocking more of this with my next order. Lots of flavor and no bite even when I pushed it a bit.
