Did some snacking, and am a third of the way through this bowl of D&R Raccoon’s Friend in a pre-1980s straight dark brown Comoy's Sandblast 186 billiard with a black vulcanite tapered stem.
I've been enjoying Peterson's Standard Mixture tonight in both a Savinelli 626 and Savinelli 507. Not a spectacular blend but one I find easy and very pleasant.
Thanks to @shanez I’m currently enjoying one of several blends he sent me. First off is a delightful bowl of WCC Old Dominion in a Stanwell Royal Guard 15 bent freehand. So sweet with just a hint of spice on the retrohale.
Not far from finishing this bowl of GLP Windjammer in a smooth medium bend straight grain 2001 Karl Erik Ekstravagant brandy with a leaf engraved silver band and a black acrylic saddle stem. I did finish work for the day.
A quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2015 D&R A.P. Rimboche in a smooth dark brown, medium bend late 1950s Parker Super Bruyere 45 with a “4” in a circle billiard with a black vulcanite tapered stem.

I fractured a vertebrae years ago and sometimes it feels the need to remind me of the fact. It’ll ease up in a couple of days, thanks for your concern though.

Morning everyone, I just got a delivery and I’m about done with a bowl of Solani Virginia Flake with Perique, smoked great straight out the tin and I’m very impressed.
Next up is GH Squires, I can see little sparkles of crystallisation on the Flake. It smells like a lawnmower covered in dried grass, not very poetic but very pleasing. I’ll have this in my Rocky Bulldog.
