Amphora Burley in a compact Group 3 Chacom blast yacht. I'm digesting my wife's Easter feast of roast lamb, potatoes in dill, carrots topped with maple sugar, steamed green beans, with an un-oaked Chardonnay. I did the dishes and pots and put away the food. The roast was done to a turn, tender and juicy. I don't usually, but I took a few pictures, so many nice colors in the meal.
