Beautiful pipe.Another night with the Dave Neeb canted Dublin. Filled again with LJ Peretti Cuban Mixture with another pinch of Perique. Guess that means it's no longer Cuban Mixture. View attachment 76069View attachment 76070
Me too. I have one smallish Dublin which is fantastic but doesn’t get smoked as much as it deserves.I’ve always admired his Galeon rustication.
That’s an elegant pipe!G&H Ennerdale in an Albertson Precious with Bakelite stem. It's a large pipe and capable of an hour and a half smoke.View attachment 76087
That’s a very striking finish.
I love large pots and this one looks great!Wcc 558 flk in a US patent Bonfiglio pot. It looks like a clencher but at a whopping 2.5oz it's really not. Add a thicker than usual acrylic bit and you have a fairly decent cool smoking pipe that can double as a door stop or hammer. The 588 is pretty good though.

I don't think mine is real croc/gator skin just with the appearance of same . . . not sure I'd go for the suede myself after remembering the hassle of wearing and caring for suede shoes back in the day.I’m after Alligator/Croc covered one myself, the coloured suede ones are pretty scarce in my experience.
I do draw the line at the pony skin covered one however, I’ve seen them and they’re not my cup of tea.
Here's a potted history of the company . . . looks like they did a Dunhill and abandoned the product that put them on the map ...

I've only got the 'croc skin' Billiard model but I'd like to get a few others to keep it company as really dig the traditional shapes covered in different coloured leathers as well as the variety of finishes.
