Not sure if I'm just extra sensitive to it, but to me DFK (especially Mac Baren's) seems just as quick to possess a pipe as a Lakeland, albeit much easier to exorcise. Nobody ever talks about that but you can't mention the L word without it's haunting properties being brought up?
Agreed! I’ve not yet ventured into Enerdale, but I’ve heard that can ghost like nothing else. Surprised to see some folks not dedicating pipes if that is the case.☕

I have an Ennerdale dedicated pipe... well, it gets dual use with #7 Broken Flake, but it can certainly leave an impression behind. If you don't have an aversion to Lakeland florals, I highly recommend Ennerdale. To me it's less floral than Grasmere or #7BF and more sweet almond, cherry-vanilla, pistachio ice-cream served to you by a granny with floral perfume that's creepily watching you eat from across the room?

Some Caravan in a rusticated something or other Prince. I don’t remember where this pipe came from, and it gurgles a bit, but it’s a nice big bowl and is a decent clench pipe. The Caravan is good, too...it’s been unmolested in my cabinet for years until recently. It’s a cold one out on the porch today, but warmer than it was out in the field. No fun harvesting greens in 34 degrees and 40mph wind...

Neighbors across the street appear to be in temporary stasis, which tends to happen every fifth day or so. Through my observations, and analysis of collected data, I can predict with some degree of confidence that they’ll be up to some serious shenanigans tomorrow.
