After reading many reviews....mostly negative.....of Roger Waters' Dark Side Of The Moon: Redux I was so intrigued that I bought myself a copy which landed on my doormat this morning.

Well it's pretty much as I'd expected, and not at all like the original classic released in 1973. It follows the original track listing but that's it.

What you get is a moody, slow paced and almost pleasant musical piece interspersed (and ruined in my view) with Waters waffling on about his many grievances and his (very narrow) perspective of world affairs.

There was a time where everything he produced was well worthy of classical status but not anymore.

As others have said, this is just a self indulgent effort in squeezing yet more £s or $s from his original creation.

As one reviewer put it, Roger Waters' biggest fan is Roger Waters......I quite agree.....3/10.
