At 73 years old I remember how this song spoke to my 18 year old soul when it was released in 1969.
I've always liked that song, love the sound of a ratchet
I really appreciate this branch of the forum that exposes me to music that I have never heard before.
As a child of the 60s and a budding musician I developed an appreciation for many different form and styles of music that lasts to this day.
As a result of that I firmly subscribe to the philosophy of Duke Ellington : There are only two kinds of music: good and bad".
I am glad that some members enjoy the music I choose and I look forward to see what others post.
