Glass #3 of 2018 Thirty Bench Rose from a bottle some friends brought from Canada. 
I need to find this stuff in the US! One of the best roses I've had in some time. Mild cherry without much tartness, a hint of strawberry, some pear, a touch of green apple, mildly sweet balanced by exactly the right amount of acidity. Breaks clean and crisp without the acidity burning the throat in the least. Really more what I'd expect from a sparkling rose. Now that I say that there's a certain breadiness to it as well.
