They used the same mash bill on all the barrels and then placed the barrels on 3 different levels in warehouses on the Claremont campus for 11 years. 9th level (owl), 5th level (beaver), and Bottom floor (mushroom). I bought the owl and its Knob Creek 12 on steroids.

Old Fashioned. I make them in bulk, normally three bottles full using Woodford Reserve Syrup. Add extra Cherry and Orange Bitters.

This batch was all made with Mike Rowe’s Knobel Tennessee Rye Whiskey.

I’m two bottles in, just not tonight. lol.
I have an acquaintance who's parents made a pitcher of Manhattan's and kept it in the fridge for a quick cocktail. Dig the idea.
