They used the same mash bill on all the barrels and then placed the barrels on 3 different levels in warehouses on the Claremont campus for 11 years. 9th level (owl), 5th level (beaver), and Bottom floor (mushroom). I bought the owl and its Knob Creek 12 on steroids.
