As promised earlier, here's what I was told is the best IPA in Seattle. It was far milder than the "hops bombs" they often are (which maybe would go with a good lat bomb mix?). Over the weekend, we also hosted a friend of mine from high school -- Sazerac, wine with dinner and a few Manhattans (Woodford) after. Last night were martinis. Tonight might be dry!

1. I had only one shot of Adictivo Anejo left in the bottle - So finished that first
2. I like Anejo Tequila but since I don’t have any more, now drinking Leyenda Del Milagro silver

I am finally going to crack this after dinner tonight, Mississippi Roast, butter rice with hot bacon spinach salad. I have yet to pick the after meal smoke but I don't think I have to worry about screwing up the evening. Of course my wife isn't home from work yet.

Been pissing down most of the day causing all sorts of problems. With nothing stronger in the house I've been getting stuck into the red wine instead....very tasty it has been too!!
