Other Half Deep Orbit Andromeda, Imperial stout with pistachio, cacao nibs and vanilla, 16.3%.
A dram of Chivas Regal continues to keep this Scotsman happy. 
We finally cracked open the crowler that I picked up at the local pub back in December of Pelican Brewing's Three on the Tree, a barrel aged Imperial Red Ale. Pelican Brewing is an Oregon coast brewery and one of my favorites.
Three on the Tree is aged in barrels that first contained rich bourbon whiskey, then artisan maple syrup. After aging it is dosed with Texas Pecan Coffee from the Alamo Pecan and Coffee Company. Really good stuff.

A very mediocre port, Bear Creek. Not really a port, despite it's label, as it is blended in Alaska. Imagine? The effrontery! A friend gave me a bottle to sample. He also gifted me a bottle of Graham's 20 and so ... redeemed himself.
We just finished watching the PPV UFC event. The fight between Islam Makhachev and Alexander Volkanovski was awesome. Celebrating my birthday with this Fonseca’s 1977 Vintage Port that I’ve been sitting on for a number of years—about once every decade, a stellar vintage gets released; classic years have been 1955, 1963, and 1977; the 1977 vintage had a number of nearly perfect 100 ratings from a few different houses). Delicious!

Everybody’s drinks look delicious. I have to pick up a kid after the Super Bowl, so I’m hav tea. 
Cracked open a really old bottle of The Balvenie Doublewood. Unfortunately it is so old that the cork disintegrated upon opening. Fortunately I had a spare cork that fits perfectly, so all is well, aside from some bits of old cork in my dram. One of my favorite single malts.
