Was given an espresso machine as a gift some 20+ years ago but hadn't used it in about 15 years. Decided to haul it out of storage and whipped up some with my regular deeply roasted every day coffee. Only time I'll take milk with sweetened flavoring, (hazelnut creamer on this occasion), is in espresso to smooth and sweeten the bitter edge. I need to do this more often as it made a very Starbuck's-like cappuccino. Yeah, I like Starbuck's coffee.
