Back when I started shaving, cartridges were popular, they had two blades. Then when I started working, didn't feel the need to spend so much time on shaving, so used electric until about month ago. That trimmer I used died. Had Gillette 5 blade that I received for free in the drawer so, pulled that out. Checked with my older son what he was using and he told me vintage Gillette. So started looking into DE razors. Right before that de minimus or whatever ended, got a Canadian razor called Razorock GC. It was good. Then I got a Envoy for my boy. That below $800US free tariff thing went away, and had to pick American made razor for the boy. He loves the Envoy. Then thinking I need to try vintage Gillette. Got a Fatboy, then Slim.. Tech fat handle and Flare Tip regular (Colors are Red aggressive, Blue mild, Silver regular, and Black light weight). I actually like vintage adjustable a lot. Slim gave me the best shave. But found out Fatboy setting is different from Slim setting. Have to try different setting on Fatboy on the next rotation. And love TTO.
