Never had groundhog, but Brother Roy could cook all the others to perfection!!
Squirrel, JackRabbit, and armadillo can be quite tasty.
You gotta stay away from those artificial sweeteners...they're all toxic.
Groundhog & Nutria ??? I never saw them on any menu.
I ate lots of wired animals in China without groundhogs and Nutria.
Kangaroo is pretty good if done right. Camel tastes a bit too much like goat for me though.
Did anyone taste Cicadidae? It's probably the weirdest thing I've ever eaten, but it's really high in protein.

Yep. In 2008 Central Kentucky had its 17 year brood and I ate a few. It was like eating a crunchy walnut flavored gummi bear.

Don’t eat baby monkey on a spit, looks like a little baby, ate grubs, snake, armadillo poor man’s pork can give you leprosy, when hungry anything tastes good!
That all looks pretty normal to me; other than Python and Bear I've had everything on that list and some of it is definitely standard table fare depending on where you are in the world when eating!

All that looks fairly normal to me depending on where one lives. Caviar, Sturgeon and orange (salmon), one can buy in many supermarkets. Duck and goose every hunting season. Kangaroo I've not tried. Berry fed black bear can be tasty. Brown bear? Not so tasty. Game birds? Hardly weird in my opinion.
Monkey brains is probably the most exotic thing I run across in my travels. Seal, whale blubber, etc. are all fairly normal along most of Alaska's norther coastal villages. Acquired tastes to be sure but, common enough not to be considered exotic..
I suppose "weird" is dependant on where you've lived.
