We Lost A Good Man This Weekend

You know men like Buck Compton have to be in heaven, heaven would not be complete without hero's like that. Thanks Buck Compton for your sacrifice.

I'm going to lose a veteran in my family soon. He w as one of the first on the beaches of Normandy, took part in the Battle of the Bulge and went into Berlin. Now he is dying of cancer slowly. Never really complains about anything and don't like talking about the war, but I know he was there from dad and grandad telling his stories.
So, God bless Buck, my Uncle Glen and all the brave souls in our fighting forces, then, now and the ones to come. And a big Thank You to all that have served their countries.
Now, go fire up a bowl of your favorite baccy and celebrate the memories of our heroes.
