No model release, no publication. And, it all depends on the releases, contracts, purpose, end use, and etc. A shot of someone simply on the sidewalk or whereever, in public can be a real gray area, alegal maze and headache for both the subject and the photog. Might even belong solely to the shooter's employer.

I'm not into doing selfies, and I smoke a lot of bowls a day, so stock photos are all I can/will do. The pipe descriptions are from the old days when I didn't post pics, but I decided to keep posting them because I like detailed information, and figure others do as well.

In all my years on this forum, I've only seen 3 pictures of you.

I can't recall ever taking a selfie. I've posted a photo or two on the site, rarely a pipe though, usually a wildlife or scenic. Any shots of me were taken by other shooters or my wife, rest her soul. I believe there is only one shot of me extant and it appears at the left. I can't fathom anyone being interested in either my visage or my pipes.

That said, there have been some interesting shots posted on the site.

There was also another picture of you where you were holding the camera tripod if I am not mistaken. Liked that one as well.

I think it's a part of the railroad track. Solid iron. I gave it to my brother-in-law..................I found him walking near the river. And we were joking about its resemblance to a tablet.........
