My eyes are seeing way better than my camera.
You probably think this eclipse is about you, don't you..."You're so vain ...
I thought it must be overcast, and was surprised to see clear skies when I went out back a little bit ago. Had no idea there was an eclipse today.
I was just looking at it from Texas. My wife and daughter noticed the odd shadows it was casting on everything. Pretty neat. Here are some examples:

Note to future self: Try not to have a hangover while viewing the next solar eclipse. Despite wearing sunglasses and a welding helmet, staring at the sun was not good for my eyes and head
I mean, it was an eclipse. I wasn't expecting it to be like the 4th of July or like a Pink Floyd concert
But it was cool to see the moon pass over and see the ring of fire. An event...
I would have really liked to see it today. Luckily there's a live stream on YouTube 
Of course I do...and I highly recommend it.
And what's this war thing? Israel you say? Last I heard it was some place called Youcrane against the Russkies.

Lots of rain in the fall is good for the trees and other living things.
Enjoyed watching the eclipse this morning. I include an ever so becoming selfie, wearing my NASA and OSHA certified Eclipse glasses. It was really neat! I've seen eclipse before, but never the Ring of Fire! Awesome! Also saw the weird crescent sun shadows, like those posted earlier by @Sam Gamgee

Good eye on those shadows, you can see the moon eclipsing the sun 
I was glad to have the rain. It's been very dry in NC.
