I will also throw in for Brunello flake. Wonderful Horrible tobacco.
Butera Royal Vintage Blended Flake is my favorite VaOr. I was lucky to score the last tins from Iwan Ries in Chicago this year at standard shelf price. I have 5 tins in the Cellar taking a nap.

@jpmcwjr As a Clan smoker I can second that it is most definitely not what the OP is looking for. It's a mish mash of leftover tobacco with a sort of brown sugar-like topping, though I do think the orientals come through a tiny bit. It smells to me almost like vanilla mixed with playdough

Union Square is a straight Virginia blend. A fine recommendation in general, no doubt, but it doesn't contain any Oriental leaf.
"A blended, sliced cake of high grade flue cured leaf, from beautiful, sweet brights to deep, earthy reds, without the added sugars and flavorings common to many Virginia flakes. It's rich on the palate, evolving in layers with the clean, natural sweetness of pure tobaccos. It offers a pleasant room note, and a delightful finish. For those seeking the pure Virginia experience, try Union Square."
As others have said, however, Cairo and a few more Pease tobaccos fit the bill for Virginia/Oriental blends.

Pease Cairo is probably the best of what is left. If you can find any at a reasonable price, McClelland was the master source on high quality varietals. The previously mentioned Blended Flake, Pebblecut, the Grand Orientals, and Virginia 24 were particularly piquant.
As mentioned, Union Square has no Oriental, but I have been meaning to try adding a little Macedonian or Smyrna.

No worries, I just thought I'd mention it in case other people weren't aware of the contents.
Regarding the Grand Orientals lineup, I have a single tin of Yenidje Supreme with about ten years on it.
I was planning to start stocking up on McClelland in a serious way right when they announced their closure. I had hoped to try most of the Grand Orientals but I guess it wasn't meant to be!

Another blend I’ve enjoyed of late is C&D Oak Alley. It could well be considered a VaBur, but has a fair bit of Katarini Turkish.

Based on this and Bijou I find I’m a bigger fan of their Katarini leaf than their Izmir.

Okay, thanks for the suggestions! I ordered some Regent's Flake, Blue Ridge, and C&D Oriental Silk. I also got an ounce of PS84 Turkish Blend I want to try by itself, and to add to a blend. Next question, what Virginia would be good to blend it with? I was thinking maybe Reiner's Long Golden Flake. Any ideas?
