I've not smoked a wide range of VaPers but I've not smoked one that I didn't like.

There's so many from which to choose.
Then there's blends with Perique like 4Noggins Jesses Own that has Virginia, Maryland, Oriental/Turkish, Latakia and Perique.
Tasty and surprisingly mild. One of my favourite non-aromatics.

Orlik Golden Sliced only has a smidgeon of Perique but I like it a lot. [Although some argue that there is no Perique since they can't taste any, I think that the point of it is that there's a sufficient amount for it not to taste like a straight Virginia]
PS Luxury Navy and Luxury Bullseye Flakes are both very good.

My favourite VaPer so far is aged AJ's Vaper. Made with Red Virginia it's quite tangy when fresh. Me no like so I stuck it in the back of the baccy cupboard.
When I tried it after 3 years, the taste was amazing.
I'm guessing that one year of age would be sufficient.

Peter Stokkebye Luxury Navy Flake
I only got more into Virginias in the past couple years or so (and Va/pers at the same time), so my experience here is limited, but I love PS Luxury Navy Flake. However, it seems I see equally often that people either think it's an excellent bulk blend, or think it's at best middle-of-the-road swill.

Something about Dunhill/Peterson Elizabethan Mixture just hits the spot for me. Probably because it was my first VaPer. I just seem to get the most out of it myself, despite loving some others like Davidoff Flake Medallions and C&D Bayou Morning Flake.

I have seen this division of opinion as well. If it is, at best, middle of the road swill and I still think it's great, what does that make me?! ?

It appears that there's more than a few who have the opinion that anything that does not come in a 50g tin is all "middle-of-the-road swill".

PSLNF is a very good blend.
Although it smells even more delicious with a bit of age in a jar, I much prefer it fresh than aged.
Hoping it'll 'come back' with a bit more age.
