I know this will greatly offend some but....I had a good friend at school who was Samoan.
They love their (tinned) corn beef and taro leaves cooked in coconut cream
I can feel my arteries clogging up just thinking of this dish![]()
Growing up, my dad would occasionally cooked fresh cabbage and sliced onions with a tin of Corned Beef. He would also mix a tin of Corned Beef with diced onions and mayo, and eat that on crackers. I still enjoy doing both.
