And I sold my car just to get that stash. :(
Or maybe that cellar is chump change to me. :)
Actually, if anyone thinks that "cellar" has too much tobacco and money in it, then they're on the wrong forum.
And Nate - the first step to a cure is admitting you have a problem.....
Puff on friends......Puff.....on. :puffpipe:

I sometimes forget that sarcasm doesn't translate well through text ;) I've been "serious" about pipes for a couple years at most and I've blown through.... let's just call it "a lot of cash". I'm quickly coming upon completion of my Michael Parks commissioned pipe which is likely to set me back WAY over a grand :(

I was just funnin' you about your stash, playing devils advocate where none was called for :)

Nice cellar! I admire the discipline of you all who can do that. At any given time I usually have 6-8 open tins- sometimes many more before I realize I need to smoke through a few (plus my bulk blenders) and 5-10 or so unopened tins. I have a good amount of mason jars of my own blends and a grand total of 4 tins in my "ageing cellar." I've never had the discipline to do any real cellaring.

Great job on the cellar. I started my cellar around 08/2014 and I now have in excess of 167 pounds, over 400 different blends, over 900 various tins, pouches and jars of which 72 are mason quart size and dozens of smaller size jars. 70% of my cellar is over a year old and 50% is 18 months or older now.
I retire in 10 days, the warm weather is here and I will go to town on the stash. I can't even fathom the combinations I can come up with mixing blends, bulks etc. This will really be a journey.
Cellaring, I hit it hard and heavy preparing for my retirement, now I will never need to buy more, at least I tell myself that. The price is never going down, the numerous new releases coming out at $15.00 plus a 1.75 oz tin. The constant price increases, how can you not cellar if you have the means. I don't see a down side unless I pass from this green earth.

Nate - you're sarcasm came through loud and clear. Trust me - I know about your PAD and TAD and I know we are on the same side of the issue. Thus my needling back about you needing a 12 step program. I tried to use enough smilies to ensure you got MY sarcasm. Seriously - everyone is good on this thread. :puffpipe:

Lol okay cool ;) I have previously made attempts to utilize italics as a way to infer a sarcastic tone but always end up forgetting. Some previous attempts at sarcasm on this forum were entirely unsuccessful and disagreements ensued. There should be, in addition to standard quotation marks, a button for air quotes... something like the peace symbol emoji only fingers curled.
