Unpopular Opinion: I Don’t Like Cobs

I used to think of cobs as throwaways. I have changed my mind. I don't buy Forever stems, and I don't buy fancy ones, and I don't smoke lat blends in them. But for burleys, and a lot of simple, smoke them all day blends, they are just great. Personally, I would recommend a good MM over a DG for a new guy any day.
If you don't like them, don't smoke them. If they aren't snooty enough for ya - well, that says more about you then it does about cobs.

Whatever you like. Some don't like briar, others Meerschaum, and so on down the line. As long as you find some pipes that float your boat, you're in business.
